| We were referred to Mark by a friend. We were moving in from Virginia. We had lived in San Antonio and were familiar with some of the areas. Mark listened to what our preferences were in a home and community and commute time to work. We had asked about other popular areas that we found on the computer. His expertise and knowledge of the areas, as well as future development led us to our home in Georg Ranch. It is exactly what we were looking for. Mark has extensive knowledge to how the city is growing and what areas are going to be effected by the growth, such as road construction, congestion and how that will affect us in the future. The schoold districts and taxing structure were also a big factor. We couldn't be more pleased and would recommend him for all of your Real Estate needs. Kathy Harrington Mark has helped us in many ways. We were looking for an area to build our dream home. We looked at all the new developments across the north side of San Antonio. We wanted a good area thas was stable, we didn't want an area where builders or developers would sell off to other tract builders. We wanted to make sure that what we built would be very comparable to the market and area, and not have to worry about competing with tract or production builders in the future. Plus, we didn't want an area that would be annexed by the city of San Antonio, or one of the larger school districts any time soon. We finally found and area and then found the right lot. Mark helped us in picking the right lot that had the right topography for our needs. He helped us in designing our house and getting it built, it turned out beautiful. Nestled in among the trees and private from the road and neighbors. It is like living in our very own park. |
